simple omlette recipe
An easy and quick dish perfect for any meal. this classic omlette
combines beaten eggs cooked to perfection, optionally filled with your
choice of cheese, vegteables or meat

Ingredients
- 2-3 large eggs
- salt, to tatse
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tablesoon of butter or oil
- optional fillings: cheese, diced vegteables, cooked meats,herbs
Instructions

Beat the eggs.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until they
are well mixed.

Heat the pan.
Use a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.

Cook the omelette.
Pour in the eggs and tilt the pan to spread them evenly. Let it cook
for about 1 minute.

Add fillings (optional).
When the omelette begins to set but is still slightly runny in the
middle, add your fillings.

Fold and serve.
Use a spatula to gently lift one edge and fold it over. Slide it onto
a plate.
